Having grown up in Mexico City, and now currently living in the US, Jenny Morfín brings an intercultural leadership mindset to every work+life endeavor. She is a passionate and energetic bilingual process facilitator and learning development specialist with more than 20 years of experience in cross-cultural team building, strategic planning, human resources, organizational change, and meditation and contemplative practice. With a PhD in Social Sciences and holding a Master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism Management in Costa Rica and a B.A in International Relations from the Iberoamerica University in Mexico City, Jenny is highly attuned to human behavior across cultures and the impact that people, systems, and processes can have on communication dynamics and organizational culture. She brings this expertise in intercultural human behavior into her coaching, facilitation, and consulting frameworks. Jenny has been working as a qualified consecutive and simultaneous Interpeter for more than 5 years and enjoys bypassing the language barrier and making it an intercultural experience.
